- To purchase or redeem digital content, users are required to create an account, linking their Steam and Discord accounts so we can deliver our digital products efficiently and track purchase records.
- Digital content such as priority queue and discord roles will automatically be applied once the purchase has been completed.
- It is the users' responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality of their account information.
Purchases, Refunds or Transfers:
- We reserve the right to make adjustments, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.
- It's imperative to understand that all transactions are deemed final, and we are unable to facilitate refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to safeguard against potential instances of fraud and chargebacks.
- Please be aware that our digital products are non-transferable to other players, with the exception of our gift cards.
Product Removal:
- It's important to understand that updates to mods or changes to the community or the game itself may lead to the unavailability of specific re-textured items.
- Additionally, please be aware that retextured items purchased by individuals who receive bans from our community for reasons such as cheating, rule violations, or who receive game bans from Bohemia Interactive's Anti-Cheat software, Battle Eye, may also be subject to removal.
- Furthermore, retextured items may be considered for removal if the purchaser becomes inactive within our community. Such determinations will be made at the discretion of our staff team.
